OUR MISSION
BUILDING CONNECTIONS
Our organization strives to help high school students make important connections that will expose them to the industry, grow their professional network, and help build their overall confidence in making connections with others. Students will have the opportunity to connect with our industry guest speakers one-on-one and will be guided by experienced post-secondary students in preparation for the mock trial. Our annual conference is also an excellent opportunity for attendees to meet other like-minded students.
EXPOSURE & EXPERIENCE
Students will gain exposure to the fields of law and politics by learning about how to pursue careers in these fields, what the day-to-day aspects of these jobs look like, and participating in mock trials. They will be guided by their mentors on how to best prepare themselves for the mock trial, exposed to the proceedings involved in the trial process, and will gain useful mock trial experience.
EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT
By creating an environment centered around law, participants are able to educate themselves in this profession and enhance their skills. During the conference, students will not only learn about the variety of careers available for them to pursue, but will also be provided with the resources to strengthen important skills that will help them in their future endeavours.
